Because some of the core class are too big. There should be more specific classes. For example the output class seems to me a function library not a class. Maybe it would be better a template class, which you can uset to extend to create some template engine specific template class, and then the template engine provide the functionality which is now in the output class. And this way you could always change easily the used template only creating the template engine specific template class. Felho
