Right, you're the 15th of 17 open requests.

You'll have to wait until your CVS account is approved to checkin
tyour sources into the PHP/PEAR repository. However, you could
already release a version without CVS account, you'll just have
to go to "New Package" on pearweb and let it approve by the PEAR
group. As soon as this has been done (and you got the approval mail),
you can release your stuff through "Upload Release"
