Thanks Michael & Martin -- both of your messages helped. I'm not in a rush
for the CVS account, since mine _is_ a Subversion package! : )
Would it be feasible to have the PEPr cronjob that closes proposals detect
which proposals have been approved for developers who do not have
full-fledged accounts, and automatically upgrade those accounts upon closing
of votes?
That, plus an automatic e-mail to the developer explaining the next steps
would probably help get packages out of "approved" status and released on
the site much more quickly.
This may already be in the plan for the next revision of pearweb ... If it's
not, I'd be happy to work on adding what I've proposed here.
Thanks again, Michael & Martin!
