File_IMC is already in PEAR; it parses and creates iCal/vCal, vCard, and other IMC standard formats.

Not at all! Sorry to be so terse; I'm working on the weekend. And File_IMC might need some work; I have not stress-tested it, and I don't think Marshall Roch has either. Assistance and criticism are appreciated, as always. :-) -- pmj
