Hi,Agreed -- the Date_Holidays package is going to build in the first place. Support something like IMC formats (which, for all their human-readable simplicity, turn out to be relatively troublesome to parse) will only add to the trouble. I am only saying that the Date_Holidays class can make use of File_IMC at some point to store or share calendar-date info, especially when expecting to give that info to other programs. -- Paul M. This allows people to choose whether they want to use an ics file, use any of the supported drivers or build their own simple driver. But I wouldn't require ICS support for the first release. If people need to read ICS files, they may use FILE_IMC.
