Just wanna give my 2 ct. on that template stuff, since I did not comment on
all that, yet.

I would definitly like seeing the new Template being PHP5 only. PHP4 has a
huge bunch of well established template classes, which are wide spread and
IMHO nobody will switch his PHP4 template solution right now.

Ack. In general I would preferr it to use ErrorStack, since you can define
error classes in a very fine-grained way and have integrated logging and
debugging facilities. Exceptions work quite fine with it.

Should work with ErrorStack.

Only where necessary and really usefull. I admit, I'm not a big fan of that
typehint stuff. It's a nice replacement for some "is_a()" structures, but
has a very limited scope.
