I have a HTTP post/get class (wrapped around socket functions) and would
like to contribute it to PEAR.
It has undergone testing in another incarnation before being PEARized.

It supports POST/GET and many other nice things :)
It is PHPDoc-ed, naming is by the PEAR standard, but I USED TABS (sorry).
