Fine.

I'll do that, thanks.
Can someone point me to the sign up mechanism?

Yes, but what would that mean? Me "stealing" a bunch of functionality Snoopy
has and HTTP_Post does not.
I really like Snoopy the way it is, and I like HTTP_Post the way it is
because they differ in concept. Snoopy is something like Smarty in the
template world, whereas HTTP_Post is more like phemplate or phplib
templates. Each serves its purpose. If I need all of Snoopy functionality I
will use it, but if I have speed considerations (like my current project) I
will use HTTP_Post because it is 3x smaller in code.
They can live together :)
