Perhaps something along the lines of a Perl-like use HTTP/Request.php or
further split to HTTP/GET.php, HTTP/POST.php, then various extensions list
HTTP://SSL.php, HTTP/Proxy.php and so on.
I'm just burbling, I have yet to check out the Snoopy stuff myself but I'm
trying to think of it similar to LWP in Perl.
