Then just stick your patch into the bug report.
Guys: What do you think of enhancing the bug interface to enable file
uploads? (This may open a can of worms, but we should at least try it.)

People were strongly against it some time ago. Actually we might come up
with something like pear-bugs@lists.php.net, where all bug reports (and
comments) are posted to.
