[PEPr] Comment on Images::Image_Driver

Rolf Ochsenbein (http://pear.php.net/user/finex) has commented on the proposal for Images::Image_Driver. Comment: Philippe: Image_Transform just implements a driver concept. But the idea of Image_Driver is to provide a unified interface for functions like drawing lines, circles, etc. no matter if the output is an jpg, png or other file-format. Further it allows to share one driver in multiple packages to draw their output in the same image (think about a 3d representation - Image_Isomteric - of statistics - Image_Graph - rotated 90 degrees clockwise - Image_Transform).
