Okey, it seems we have a lot of people not reading everything or just
reading parts of the emails :-)
So as Pierre said, we want to force the usage of SVC, but allow people
to choice if they use cvs.php.net, SF.net or any other service they
like, we just want to be able to checkout/view via browser and be able
to follow the development in one or another way.
Thus things like Horde and phpDocumentor can stay at their current
location if they like.
