Ants Aasma maxOccurs="unbounded" is illegal inside <all>, only minOccurs="0" and maxOccurs="1" are allowed, hence the issue. I suspect this is the standard designing around implementation issues with the original coders of support for XSchema (i.e., Microsoft).
