This is very sad.....this proposal got no -1 votes but a couple of 0
votes. IMHO the voting period really should have been extended in this
case since there was no negative feedback, just people not willing to
vote yes or no due to their lack of knowledge about the subject. They
were essentially abstentions.
What does everyone think of changing Pepr to discount 0 votes when
deciding whether to extend the voting period?
