PEPr has automatically finished the proposal on Math::Math_Polynomial. Sum of Votes: 4 (3 conditional)

This is very sad.....this proposal got no -1 votes but a couple of 0 votes. IMHO the voting period really should have been extended in this case since there was no negative feedback, just people not willing to vote yes or no due to their lack of knowledge about the subject. They were essentially abstentions. What does everyone think of changing Pepr to discount 0 votes when deciding whether to extend the voting period? -- Justin Patrin -- PEAR Development Mailing List (http://pear.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php
