Hi Pierre,
I tried to find the policy on the PEAR website, and could not find it.
Could you point me to the URL? I doesn't much matter what I know, does
it? Unless you're implying I am the official representative body of PEAR.

P.S. I hope the sarcasm is pretty explicit, but the point is worth
making: nothing is official that is not in print somewhere on
pear.php.net. Perhaps we need to make this explicit. Even a PEAR Group
document would do. Should I send a message asking PEAR Group to talk
about this and come up with something?
