Mission:
Provide the best repository of extensions for programmers using PHP.
Goals:
(We've accomplished our mission when we...)
1. Enable end users to easily find, install and use PEAR extensions
2. Maintain high quality within the repository
3. Enable developers of extensions to collaborate, and to easily build upon
existing work
