Hi all,
I have developed some classes regarding to locale.
This project, PHP Locale, is a set of tools that provide a framework to help
you develop multilingual web site.
Including classes are: Locale_Negotiator that detects user's language and
charset preference, Locale_Country that
contain ISO 639-1 code to Language name mapping, Locale_Language that
contain ISO-3166 code to Country code
mapping and more.
