Hi i18n people,

I can imagine how you take the proper text if already translated, but
I can't understand how you would deal with your last example, unless
some c translation software is used as an extension of PHP ...
Could you explain ?
Also, how will you perform language negociation as Apache does ? It's
the main goal of my (old) phpLang project, so don't hésitate to take
