I suppose you and Alex need a recent version of PHP for Windows,
if we want to push the Win32 improvements forward.
I don't have a VC compiler at hand, so I can't compile one for
you. Is anyone else on this list, who can build a recent
snapshot including XML-RPC and the overload extension for Windows?
