One thing of note. I've had an email conversation with Lukas Feiler about his proposed PEAR_Callback to see if that package was still alive. He did acknowledge that the proposal is dead and he's no longer seeking to implement it in PEAR. This package aims for a similar goal, though in a much more simplified manner. I named it PHP_Callback instead of adopting PEAR_Callback. I feel it more accurately belonged in the PHP category as it is not specific to PEAR, but the PHP language itself. -Travis
