Comment:
You are overlooking that documentation is not only for users, but also for
maintainers. Especially as we the PEAR community will take over
responsibility if you ever loose interest or get run over by a bus, we
would greatly appreciate finding documentation for all of the code. Then
again, I was not all that good about documenting all of my proprieties in
my packages, so do not consider this as an attempt on my side to throw
stones (it would easily backfire), but just a reminder about what the
perfect world could look like (then again in a perfect world people do not
loose interest or get run over by a bus).
