Of course. My comment was meant as reminder: "If your package will be accepted, don't forget to use 0.1.0 as the version number for the first release." We had cases where proposers used 0.0.x for their proposal and also for the first release. Pre-PEAR releases (i.e. proposal releases) are meant to be pre-0.1.0.
