PHP::PHP_Callback.

Mark:
1) Yes, I really do want the LGPL. I'm a firm believer in keeping my code
free, but don't mind other people using it without having to make their
code free. :-)
2) My personal belief is that private properties are implementation
details and thus shouldn't be documented (i.e., since you can never access
PHP_Callback::$callback, it doesn't matter that it exists). If that were
only my personal belief, I would have documented them per the CS, however,
I'm following the example of PEAR_Exception which validated my point by not
documenting any of its private properties either.
3) Yes, I am aware of that. I moved to 0.0.9 from the earlier 0.0.1 and
0.0.2 versions to specify that this is almost ready for prime-time. Prior
to moving to a vote, I will change the version number accordingly. Thanks
for the reminder, though.
