Okey so in an attempt to not have some big discussion about what
version control system is best and all that (php internals is full of
that anyway) so I have this to say:
This does not mean we're moving our infrastructure there. It just
means we're going to support GitHub in that move, on any level
required, so we can stay on par with Ruby Gems.
