Fruit People,
What exactly does this vote do? I like GitHub and find some of the
PEAR infrastructure to be lacking in comparison, but I don't understand what
the result of the vote would entail. Also, can anyone vote on these issues?
I assumed that all people on the mailing list could, but I also saw some
weird stuff on PEAR.net about requesting accounts for voting.
