Request to publish a package

Hi All, I created a PHP class that I would like to publish. I requested a PEAR account via http://pear.php.net/account-request-newpackage.php but the result of the submission simply read "Request Account" so I do not know if the request was properly processed or not. The class I wish to publish can be viewed at http://www.carterlamb.com/lib/php/String.txt. It follows PEAR coding standards and passes phpcs. Please indicate the next steps for publishing my class as a PEAR package. Best Regards, Carter Lamb Open Source Web Developer
