Hey Craig, it's a lot easier to email people to request a comment via email and then be done with it. And it works too. In the end CC pear-qa@ and it'll be on the Internets for forever and the license change is "legit". No need to make people who don't contribute actively go on the bug tracker. ;-) I know, in a perfect world they would. If you're still missing Kai, I could see if I can find him in Berlin.
