Err, guys?!
Let's not overreact and turn this into a game of politics. PEAR is not
an island. Yeah, hard to believe but PEAR co-exists with many, many
other projects. The download figures we got are nice, but e.g. I bet
phpclasses exceeds them by far. ;-) Aside from whatever the standard
looks like, Travis is trying to come up with something that would be
also adopted outside of PEAR. This does not mean that he is *against*
something.
