My shortlist:
Validate_DE
Validate_FR
Validate_IS
Validate_NZ (kguest, unmaintained, needs release)
Text_PathNavigator (maybe, the maintainer has resurfaced briefly)
Spreadsheet_Excel_Writer (maybe - its a lot of trouble, but it does
have a new maintainer)
Services_Delicious - just because it's webservicey and makes us look neat
Net_SMS - because we use it at work and people like it
Net_Growl - perhaps
MP3_Playlist - perhaps
Contact_Vcard_Parse - perhaps
The rest I'd be more than happy to start treating as "end of life"'d -
ie, writing blog posts, making lots of noise about them being dropped
from PEAR2, etc publically.
