Most developers (at least i do) just copy the PEAR comment block from another PEAR class.
If you're using a class where the VIM line is set, than it copied automaticly.
I think it's more luck. But how many developers are actually using VIM??
If their are a lot i have no problem putting those lines into the classes. But than i'm talking
about at least 40%
