Isn't this similar to what I orignally suggested with
HTTP_Client, ie single client making multiple requests, which
you thought was overly complicated?
Would HTTP_Request become part of Net_UserAgent or remain where
it is and simply become a dependency of Net_UserAgent, presumably
along with something like FTP_Request?
To save bloat and dependencies (something I know you're fond of ;) )
it might be better as:
HTTP_Client
HTTP_Request
FTP_Client
FTP_Request
Browser_Detect
Browser_Capabilities
