Algorithms are offen used for validation.. Validation classes uses algorithms, looks like the chicken/egg problem.. RC4 is also a algorithm, but is placed in Crypt_Rc4. So why shouldn't we place the luhn class into the validation namespace.. And than i commit my validation classes.
