contributing / disapointed

Hello, I write this post because I'm disapointed about the way of contributing to PEAR. It's the third times I propose pieces of code to this list without clear answer like : "Not interested !" or "Yes, we are interested, go for it". I have no CVS account so I can't do anything without a such answer. I don't post only for me, I suppose that I'm not the only one in this case. It's not a good way not to give a real response. Even a negative answer is better. You might do some efforts on this way, I think. Fabien PS : - It's not severe critics, only little ideas to make PEAR better :-) - Why not a "Contributions Manager" who would have to give a clear response after developpers advices ?
