Hi,
Since PHP_SYSCONFDIR is defined by PHP itself, the only way to fix this
is to make it use an environment variable or something.
In config.w32.h.in it's defined to "c:\\php4" now, what about this
instead:
#define PHP_SYSCONFDIR
((getenv("SystemRoot"))?getenv("SystemRoot"):"c:\\php4")
