NS4 is still pretty well entrenched in a lot of larger corps (think OS/2
for example) and therefore cannot be considered dead ...
(unfortunately). Don't know if NS4 as disappeared from universities.
Anyways NS4 will mostly only matter for very specific groups of people
and depending on what site you develop and what the target audience you
might still be forced to try and get as many bells and whistles going
even for NS4.
BTW: You should always try to give a static alternative anyways.
