Hé, hé ! I am thinking about such a system for about 6 months now. Didn't
came out of my brain yet. Don't know what Template_Flexy is. I am thinking
about IT and Smarty. the advantage of Smarty is that it allows plugins. the
advantage of IT is that it is much more expandable because the syntaxt is so
easy. It might only be necessary to add 'modifiers' into placeholders
declaration and this would do the trick.

I am really sad you made it before me ! You could at least have consulted me
;-) I am really interested to see how you've done it and to work on the code
if necessary. IMO, there is place for a real CMS here, much more flexible
than PHPNuke or consors.
