No, because "Horde" is not a authentication container. We'd end up
with something confusing, like this:
Auth.php
Auth/Container/DB.php
Auth/Container/File.php
Auth/Container/LDAP.php
Auth/Auth.php
Auth/Horde/appliction.php
Auth/Horde/composite.php
Auth/Horde/cyrsql.php
Auth/Horde/ftp.php
Auth/Horde/http.php
Auth/Horde/imap.php
Auth/Horde/ipbasic.php
Auth/Horde/ipmap.php
Auth/Horde/krb5.php
Auth/Horde/mcal.php
Auth/Horde/raduis.php
Auth/Horde/smb.php
Auth/Horde/sql.php
