The biggest hole I see, which might be addressed elsewhere, is
reading/writing of files - i.e., could I have code elsewhere that let me:
$fp = fopen('sql://path/to/file') ?
It also doesen't leave much room for adding additional
info/attributes/metadata. Definitely kind of cool, though.
