Norbert, You need to install the dsssl stylesheets for docbook, which are available from James Clark's website on sourceforge, do a google search for docbook dsssl stylesheet (note - 3 S's in dsssl). Then, you will need to place them in a location that configure can find them. I had lots of trouble with this, so perhaps Thierry's FAQ will help you: http://perso.wanadoo.fr/t.b/Temp/faq.windows-test-xmlfiles.html Greg Norbert Mocsnik wrote:
Hi, The good news: the hungarian translation is on the way. The bad news: I still cannot compile it. Martin Jansen wrote:

Daniel Convissor broke the build some days ago. It's fixed in CVS now.
Thanks, make seems to work now. However, there is not html output for "make html" in the html/ directory. I've searched the whole peardoc/ tree (the only directory in my home directory) for *.html but I found nothing. During "make" I see the whole manual scrolling through my screen. "make bightml" scrolls the whole manual on my screen also and it creates an output file too. I've uploaded this file to http://www.mocsnik.hu/peardoc/pear_manual_hu.html . Please take a look at it (it's only a 26k snippet from the beginning of a >1.5M file). It even doesn't contain any html elements (see the source). Have you any idea what should I do? Again, "make html" output starts with: $ make html SP_ENCODING=ISO-8859-2 /usr/bin/openjade -wno-idref -d html.dsl -V use-output-d ir -t sgml ./phpdocxml.dcl manual.xml /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:1:73:W: cannot generate system identifier for public text "-//James Clark//DTD DSSSL Style Sheet//EN" /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:8:0:E: reference to entity "STYLE-SHEET" for which no system identifier could be generated /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:1:0: entity was defined here /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:8:0:E: DTD did not contain element declaration for do cument type name /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:2:0:E: notation "DSSSL" for entity "docbook.dsl" unde fined /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:18:12:E: element "STYLE-SHEET" undefined /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:19:24:E: there is no attribute "ID" /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:19:47:E: there is no attribute "USE" /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:19:56:E: element "STYLE-SPECIFICATION" undefined /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:20:25:E: element "STYLE-SPECIFICATION-BODY" undefined /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:36:27:E: there is no attribute "ID" /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:36:46:E: there is no attribute "DOCUMENT" /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:36:59:E: element "EXTERNAL-SPECIFICATION" undefined /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:38:13:E: end tag for "EXTERNAL-SPECIFICATION" omitted , but its declaration does not permit this /usr/bin/openjade:html.dsl:36:0: start tag was here /usr/bin/openjade:E: specification document does not have the DSSSL architecture as a base architecture PEAR ManualMartinJansenTomasV.V.
