It's probably worth defining DB_DATAOBJECT_FETCHMODE_ASSOC, x (where x
is the number that hopefully is the same on both drivers.

I'd have to look at the code to work that one out.. - from what I
remember, normally it's not set, it's only if you use oracle you
normally want to add the portability option.
