We have just yet to solve the db_options issue, i have no issues sending it a nested array :)
Btw i fixed the setLimit problem, DataObject is debugging the query which is obviouslly not being formatted externally but inside MDB2 if i Var_dump the result it shows me the actual query with the limit clause :) I think this is a feature request for Luke is to get a debug config setting so it can spit out each query :)
