I'm not talking about payment or such; I'm just talking about the impact a
good documentation has on a product/project.

I'm not comparing PEAR with M$ or any of its products from a financial view
- I know OS people do the stuff in their "spare time". I'm not talking it's
bad as it's now; I'm just talking about importance.
