For me "PANIC" is more about you using apache2 and breaking
pe(ar|cl)web for a week, you adding pear1.4-alpha and breaking the
server for 2 months, you giving the ok for some code with a minimum of
3 security flows per file, should I continue?
Short version, you are good to shoot not to assume.
