Interesting. I had been assuming that PHPLIB or similiar frameworks might
occupy their own subdirectories within the PEAR tree. I guess I didn't
take as seriously as you the suggestions that PHPLIB or a similiar
framework might form the the root and top level branches of the tree. This
may be my minimization of the intent of previous posts. I can see why you
have some concerns.
