I'm new to the PHP-PEAR mailing list, but first thing I did expect when
visiting pear.php.net was a well organized web site. Rather than complain,
I'd like to volunteer some of my time to help in the construction. Please
contact me about this if help is needed. Great job, guys!

As long as PEAR exists in the main PHP CVS repository
and as long as pear.php.net isn't useful (I know,
Sterling Hughes and Jannis Hermanns are working on
the website) as CPAN is, I don't see that it makes
_any_ sense to add and add classes. Instead, I
suggest making a _hard break_ (as Kris wrote nicely
on PHP-DEV when we discussed the thing about the
app server), e.g. _not_ adding any classes but _firstly_
working on a nice concept with the web site.
