Alright, couple of points:
1) Please use C style comments and not C++ (/* */ instead of //)
2) You should rename anmgis.h to php_anmgis.h to be compatible with
the rest of PECL
3) Are you planning on adding more than pointInPolygon (Intersects,
touches, etc)?
Rest looks good. I would love to see a complete implementation of many
geographical manipulation functions, I don't know if this is your long
time plan or not (eg: distance between polygons that do not rely on
MBR).
