actually i just looked at it and you get that message
if the Zend directory is not located at
php4/Zend
try getting the cvs again in this order......
get php4
change your directory to php4
THEN get the zend cvs..
that will make a Zend directory under the php dir..
OR do a cp -r Zend <path to php4 dir>
