PW: zend (I forget, z may be capitalized)
You need the Zend and TSRM modules.
Just real quick again, who handles tagging release modules? If we are making
this 4.0.2RC shouldn't it be tagged in the cvs and tarballed?

I have one further foolish question. Where can I get the Zend and TSRM
directories. I cannot find them in the cvs repository. I am simply
missing them. Are they stored somewhere else.
