There used to be a reg file in RC1 which never made it into the final release.
Attached is a file called PWS-php4.reg edit it and replace "[PUT PATH HERE]"
with your path to php exe and dll. then run it (double click). Or read the file
and make the changes manually if you like.

It's called php.ini-dist you need to rename it and place it in your windows
directory.

Are you calling it through the webserver? eg. http://127.0.0.1/foo.php not

The reg file attached will make the settings so that .php files are handled by
the exe and .php4 files are handled by the dll.
